This hotel is not worth staying at. The reservation was made through the travel agency with which my partner and I were traveling. They constantly have problems with room key cards, and in the afternoon there is no staff available to fix the issue. The contact phone numbers are unreachable all the time, which means you can end up without access to your room in the afternoon. The rooms themselves are very small and cramped; you can barely move around properly because there is simply not enough space between the beds and the furniture. The bathroom in our room was also problematic — the door could not be closed at all. Additionally, there is not a single member of the hotel staff who speaks English or any language other than French. Overall rating of the hotel: it is better to find something else and maybe pay a little more, rather than paying their price for such poor service.

I received an extraordinary welcome, the staff is incredibly kind, and the location is convenient for reaching any area, whether by bus or on foot. Especially convenient for the Marché du Film! I’ve never slept so well and peacefully, and the breakfast is fabulous! I’ll definitely come back next year. Francesca from Italy 😉

Came to this hotel for the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. I did not choose this hotel, it was booked for me (as well as some other rooms for others in my group), but the experience for the most part was horrendous. The woman I saw at the desk was very lovely and sweet, but that's about the only good thing about this hotel. Here is a short list of events that have happened to myself and the people in my group: - No AC in any of our rooms (all 14 rooms had no working AC despite it being mentionned in our ammenities) - Used clothing that doesn't belong to us appearing in our rooms (happened 4 times to my knowledge, but not to me personally) - Person walking into our rooms at strange times for no purpose, sometimes while occupants were undressed (5 times. Happened to me at 8:20 am in the morning and woke me up. I wish I caught it on camera but my brain wasn't fully awake yet. 3 of the other 4 times my friends were undressed in their room. One of those times the room had already been cleaned so it clearly wasn't someone coming to clean the room.) - keycards not working at night (a few of us tried to get back into our rooms past 12am and our keycards weren't working. A few times we were able to share a room, but on a few occasions some slept in the hallway) - One day I had left some items on my bed. When housekeeping came to re-make my bed (they never changed the sheets since i could see my hair on the pillow every day) they put my items in the strangest of places. I thought my items were stolen. I eventually found them, but was very confused why my items were placed behind the window curtains out of sight. If it were up to me, I would never come back to this hotel. Not worth the strange events and gaslighting from the manager.

This hotel was great! We had some amazing memories. Anna the receptionist was extremely warm & friendly. Her delightful attitude was always there & we would love to thank her & her colleagues for an amazing Welcome. Her smile & attentiveness was excellent & above any expectations from a 5 star hotel. Also the young gentleman who did the check in & took his time to show me different rooms to choose. Thank you for an Amazing stay to all staff. Highly recommended. Warm Regards Atika

I stayed at this hotel last week with a group of teenagers. The children are well behaved and quiet, but all of us had many concerns. The parts of the decorations on the wall were falling apart, the 3-bed rooms were actually 2-bed wjth a drawer which is hung on the wall and that 3rd bed doesn't even have a proper base board for the matress, in some rooms the facets were broken, and when the children went to the reception to voice their concerns (they didn't want to lose their deposit and be blamed for the damage, so they inspected the rooms upon arrival), the receptions was very rude. As they reported all of this to me, I went to the reception to make sure that children wouldn't be fined for the existing damage in the morning, the receptionist was very rude towards me as well. |One other thing is that it isn't suited for larger groups as it has a tiny elevator making it impossible to get your suitcase to your room in under half an hour if you can't carry it upstairs as everyone wants to use it at the same time.|The best thing about this place are croissants for breakfast, but they hardly make it up for all the other stuff.

Do not recommend this hotel. I was booked in this hotel by my company for Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. The experience was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve ever had, and this is coming from someone who travelled as a broke 20 year old in hostels around the globe. The woman that worked at the front desk was kind, but besides that this hotel was downright awful. Here is a short list of events that have happened to myself and the people in my group: 1) There is not AC in this hotel. Although it was listed in the amenities please note that it does NOT work. I was with 14 colleagues in this hotel and not one of us had working AC. 2) When I checked in I was shocked to find a pair of dirty leggings in my bathroom. I put them in the hallway, and they proceeded to end up in 2 other individuals rooms on our floor. 3) I came back one day about 5 days into being there I found a dirty pair of underwear left on my bathroom floor that weren’t mine… 4) My work colleague and I got home from a very busy day and wanted to have a quick lay down before we headed back out for the evening. Our rooms had already been cleaned that day. While sleeping, a man that worked at the hotel walked into her room unannounced without knocking, obviously incredibly startling for two young females travelling alone. When we went to complain about this to the front desk they told us that this was not possible and it could not have occurred as no males have access to our rooms? We then proceeded to find out this happened to 5 other colleagues during our week stay, many of whom were not clothed. Extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. 5) As per my note above, our doors also did not have an interior lock. If we used the lock on the handle to “lock” our rooms they were still openable from the outside using a key card. Did not feel safe at all. We went to the front desks about this and they ended up installing a chain lock for us, but this should be the norm, not something that needs to be as

We booked our room on booking.com. When we arrived the staff told us that the AC was not working and that we should already know this. However that information is nowhere in our reservation recept. They told us they would try to find a fan for us but they never did. The night in the room was extremely hot and we barely slept. We opened of course the windows but it was really noisy outside. The shower only had hot water for 1 person to shower. The drain in the shower was really clogged and had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, so there was quite a lot of water on the floor when showering. The parking costs 15€ even though the description of the hotel on Google Maps says it is free. The parking is in the basement and it is small and narrow so it is difficult to navigate the car around. Furthermore there is no way up to the hotel from the basement so you need to walk around the cars in the narrow hallways.

Nestled in a quiet corner yet perfectly situated for easy access to downtown Cannes and all the charming spots in Antibes, this small hotel is a hidden gem. The real standout, however, is the incredible staff. Despite being visibly tired, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a room to stay in, showcasing exceptional dedication and hospitality. Their warmth and willingness to help truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both convenience and outstanding service.
