Very disappointed, very bad, specially lady on casse she didn’t know how to talk with clients. Would be better if there were someone else on her place ,or she need to show some respect

Very very disappointed with the staff of blanc mesnil specially à lady who don’t no his job not professional at all , a month ago I came here at bnp le blanc mesnil avenue pierre et mairie Currie 93150 to ask a information about to open a new account in bnp bank , the lady told me NO you can’t open , I went to another bnp bank the told yes I can open finally I already open the account in another bnp bank I live in blanc mesnil it very strange how I cannot open a account there and I went to another bnp in Paris I thanked the agency in Paris 05
