I have no words to describe how helpful and professional Virginie at the tourist office was. She made sure to explain everything I needed for my 1 week stay at the city by explaining details and providing with maps of the city and the surrounding area! Such a professional and responsible attitude, thank you so much!
Make sure you check out the free museum located upstairs and open during the afternoon! Lots of detailed information about the Amiens and its history and architecture. Signs and multimedia are mostly in both French and English
Interesting free museum on 1st and 2nd floors about Amiens. We were the only visitors and received a warm welcome. Signs are in French and English. Toilets, shop & tourist information are downstairs.
Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and free to use for the public. Lots of maps and tourist brochures and postcards of Amiens. The postcards cost more if you buy using card so it's useful to have change. Lovely setting near the cathedral. Can be busy during peak times.
Very helpful staff who speak excellent English, thank you.
The staff are very helpful. Toilet access. Next door to Notre Dame Amiens - recommend the audio tour. Very informative. 1 May - Jules Verne and Picardy were closed.
Went in here to ask for a plaster for my brother who cut his knee outside, and they declined and said there aren’t any to offer, I fail to believe the building doesn’t have a first aid kit as it’s law, unhelpful and rude especially towards English
Helpful and informative. Plenty of free maps and brochures. All staff had excellent local knowledge and were enthusiastic about Amiens.
