« J’ai appelé ce cabinet médical pour prendre un rendez-vous pour ma fille qui est très malade, mais on m’a dit qu’ils ne peuvent pas accepter de nouveaux patients. Je comprends qu’ils soient débordés, mais c’est vraiment décevant qu’aucune solution ne soit proposée, surtout quand il s’agit d’un enfant malade. Un peu plus d’humanité et d’écoute ferait vraiment la différence. »
